After two generations, Hijos de Isaac Martín is a company with extensive experience and tradition. Special care is therefore taken in all steps of the production process, starting with livestock that has the correct genetics and management, as well as a balanced and natural diet.
From these animals come the pieces that are processed to make each one of them a unique experience, based on the preparation techniques learned from our parents and teachers, who have taught us to have patience and care in everything we do.
